This year marks the third time that Jiujiang has hosted an international tennis tournament, bringing together high-level ATP and WTA events, becoming a shining sports icon for Jiujiang. During the operation of the event, we interviewed the event manager Zhang Qingze to discuss the new changes, experience in organizing the event, and future plans.  
When it comes to the biggest change of this year's competition, Zhang Qingze said that for the first time, the entire process of the competition has achieved independent operation, fully managed by the Provincial Sports Development Company, completely breaking away from the previous model of relying on external teams to organize the competition. This also means that the operational strength of large-scale international events in Jiujiang has reached a new level. In addition, the event also comprehensively upgraded the catering guarantee for athletes, optimizing the variety of dishes, taste matching, and service details, and received high praise from a group of participating athletes. The professionalism and refinement level of the event management have been greatly improved. Thoughtful player service is a major advantage of this tournament. Zhang Qingze introduced: "The Jiujiang ATP75 event is one of the few events in the same level that provides airport and station shuttle services. At the same time, we also provide free player meals for players and one accompanying person. These comprehensive and humanized guarantees are designed to allow athletes to prepare with peace of mind, focus on the competition, and enhance their participation experience. ”During this year's competition, there was a lot of rainfall, which posed significant challenges to the organization of the schedule. In the face of this situation, Zhang Qingze proposed corresponding solutions: "We will flexibly adjust according to the weather conditions, reasonably compress the subsequent events, arrange 15 matches per day for the next two days, and only arrange doubles matches on days with expected rainfall. Through such scientific coordination, we will minimize the impact of rainy days on the progress of the events and ensure their smooth and orderly operation." In the process of continuously hosting ATP and WTA events at different levels, the team's coordination ability has also been continuously improved. Zhang Qingze said, "Now we are more familiar with the competition process and job requirements. We can allocate manpower reasonably according to the actual work situation, optimize the work flow, and make the connection between each link smoother and the operation more efficient." Holding competitions for many years has also made the tennis atmosphere in Jiujiang increasingly strong. The number of spectators for ATP men's events this year has significantly increased compared to last year, and the enthusiasm of citizens to watch the matches is high. In Zhang Qingze's opinion, continuously hosting high-level professional events can better stimulate people's attention to tennis and participation in tennis, making the urban sports atmosphere stronger and the national fitness more dynamic. As the first independent and fully managed competition by a local team, there is still room for improvement in this tournament. Zhang Qingze said, "This year is our first year of independent operation, overall smooth but there are also details that can be improved. After the event, we will comprehensively summarize and review, and continue to optimize in terms of event organization, emergency support, personnel cooperation, service details, etc., to further improve the quality of future events." From relying on external forces to independent control, from exploring and moving forward to being calm and orderly, the Jiujiang International Tennis Tournament is gradually becoming the city's characteristic sports business card. Zhang Qingze said, "In the future, we will continue to make the competition more refined and excellent, with a professional and dedicated attitude to run every competition well, promote the popularization of tennis, and make tennis an important window to showcase the vitality and charm of Jiujiang
